Classic French enameled milk pot carrier with bale wire handle and lid, used in the early 1900s France to carry fresh milk from the barn to the farmhouse kitchen. In excellent condition considering age and use, mainly on the knob of lid and interior edge of lid. Horizontal seam on one side. Water tight and clean interior. Classic white enamel with blue bands. Measures 9 inches tall;base measures 5 inches in diameter. Use in your farmhouse kitchen to hold utensils on the counter or as a vase for flowers. Will be shipped within the USA only.
