Vintage heavy Le Creuset enameled cast iron Dutch oven in the Petite Fruits pattern. Made in France the mark on the bottom is an \"E\". The design consists of tiny red and blue fruits against a cream background. I believe this is considered the 4.5 Qt size although it does hold 5 quarts liquid measure up to the top edge. The measurement between handles is 12.25\". The bottom of the Dutch oven measures 4.25\" without the lid. The top measures 9.75\" across. This lovely piece is in excellent used condition showing very little wear. The inside enamel is smooth and shiny. The flaws include a tiny chip on edge of the lid (see last photo). There are some minor scuff marks similar to utensil marks on the outside bottom (see 10th and 11th photos). Do use the zoom feature to check out the lovely detail.
