Up for sale is a vintage funny money for Bill Clinton. It is a mocked up $3 issued by U. Ben Had with the treasurer, Ben Dover. Also says Disgruntled States of America and has a Ben Franklin style Clinton picture which I\'ve never seen before. Lots of funny notes thru out and looks and feels like a real bill. It is a slick times bill but not the one you see all of the time. There is a bit of wear around the edges and to the face.
