Would be killer framed - center crease line - bright colors! This ad is about 10\" wide and 7 1/4\" tall.

Please remember when paying the shipping that andPayPal both take their % from this amount so shipping paid is not what I receiveto ship the items. So if you pay $10.00 for shipping I get LESS when paid from Paypal to ship that item - charges 4-10% Final Value Fee on Shipping and PayPal also gets their % which varies based on form of payment method.

Also, I do not hide the amount I pay for shipping like mostsellers – it is clearly posted on the package by the post office.

When shipping an item there are other factors besides theactual shipping cost – this is also called “handling”. This includes my cost of: the box, tissuepaper, tape, ink for shipping label and paper, time packing the items (this isvery important for safe delivery), time to go to the post office (sometimes Iam there for 2 hours) gas to and from the post office, and I loose severalhours packing all the items.

Domestic – please do not compare my rates to everyone else’s,the rate depends on where they live in relationship to the address they aremailing to, among many other factors.

International – most shipping is the same (except Canada).

If you are international and you ask me to ship for a lowercost or cheapest cost then there is NO TRACKING – if you ask me to send this way the responsibility on lost or damageditems is on you – it takes longer to arrive and is handled more oftenwhen mailed “cheap”. Canada – your lowercost shipping has a tracking number – but know it is cheaper to mail fromCanada to the US than for us to mail the item to you – I do not know why butthat is the way it is.

International & Domestic – if you have a suggestionabout packing the item or question on declared value please ask and I willanswer.

Sometimes I pay out of pocket to mail items because theshipping is more and I use some of the money from other sellers to help withthis complication – there is simply not an easy way to use the calculatorfor shipping. I would have to put in theexact weight, and size package for EACH item – this takes way too much time fora savings from nothing to a few dollars.While some may complain I charge a little more on shipping no onecomplains about the packing or damage to items…. Which is more important? Your item is VERY important to me from when Ipack it until you open it and are pleased with your purchase, broken anddamaged items are very upsetting to everyone so I charge to insure safedelivery.

I WILL NOT LOWERthe shipping once the sale has ended ifnot agreed upon 48 hours prior to the ending of the sale. It takes too much time to check and change theprice for those who ask “after they win” or \"last hour\" and is not fair to me as the price wasposted prior to the sale ending – hence it is an agreed upon cost and the “buyers”responsibility to pay. If you wantcombined shipping you must ask 48 hours prior to the listing ending to get ananswer, otherwise just assume you are paying them all if you wait until lessthan 48 hours.

If a buyer pays well over the combined cost of shipping and handlingas determined by me I will occasionally issue a refund to an adjusted fairamount, to be determine by me.

QUESTIONS – sometimes I get too many questions and if you donot have a reply within 48 hours please ask it again as the question might havebeen missed or skipped and I have simply not gotten back to answering yourspecific question.
