Thisis a vintage (1946-early 1960s) mallard duck decoy that was made by the GeneralFibre Co. in St. Louis, MO. I have seen these decoys referred to as ‘papermache’. I believe it was hand painted. It has very realistic gold glass eyes.This one is in good condition with only a couple of tiny paint chips, dust inits crevasses and light scruff marks on the tail and beak. It is in good, used,vintage condition with no repairs. It measures about 14” L x 7” W x 6 7/8” T. Be sure to view myother items. I combine items (when possible and still provide safe shipment) tosave you money, and you only pay one handling/packing fee on combinedshipments. The unpacked/unboxed weight of this decoy is 1 pound 3oz.
