For sale is a vintage SKEEZIX / SMITTY Christmas ornament from Germany c. 1920-1930. This figure depicts the popular comic strip character from the early 1900s. The ornament is in outstanding, nearly mint condition! Smitty is painted in a matte white color overall with light yellow pants, blue shoes, and a white cap with yellow shading and blue trim. He also wears a blue and gold neck scarf. The cute fellow is shown with an impish expression and hands stuffed in his pockets. The paint is in terrific condition with only very minor rubs and flaws. The ornament measures an impressive 5 inches in size. This is a superior example of this mold and worthy of any antique Christmas collection !!
