Tin lithographed clockwork turkey. Approximately 4 1/4\" tall to tip of tail feathers. Beautifully lithographed early tin \"strutting\" turkey. Mr. Turkey has bold red head with incredibly detailed feather lithography covering his entire body (see photos). I\'m particularly fascinated with the glorious colors on his broad tail! The toy is marked on the rim beneath the tail feathers with the logo of the Kohler toy making firm along with the words \"GES GESC. GERMANY\" (refer to photos). Windup motor works. When wound the motor moves Mr. Turkey forward while he flutters his wings and emits a cackling \"gobble\" sound. Windup key is included in the sale. In great all original condition with no repairs, replacements or repaints.
