My photographer didn\'t realize this was a dropped waist style for a young girl, so it looks more like a short dress on the adult mannequin in the photo. It is of peach silk pongee, and has smocked and embroidered bands at the was it and neckline. Belt is attached. It is as found in a fine PA estate. I believe it is for a girl but you could wear it if the measurements fit you.
