Vintage Glass, Leather Flask - Souvenir Of Des Moines, Iowa:

This flask is estimated to date from immediately after WW II. Considering the age it is in very good condition. The leather shows mild wear but no tears, and the seams are all perfect with no broken threads. The glass inside is intact, as is the black cap.

One side says \"It seems to be the greatest task.....to keep the contents in the flask.\"

The other side has a small cutout labeled \"Ladies\' Drink\", a lower cutout labeled \"Gents\' Drink\" and the caption \"Let your conscience be your guide.\"

Of course, being from Iowa, there is a large picture of a pig, and the bottom says \"Des Moines, Iowa\"
