Collectible Go Big Red! Nebraska Cornhuskers Round Paper Coasters in their original plastic bag with the original price tag from Newberry\'s Five-and-Dime. Vintage 1960s to the early 1970s. The coasters are 3.25 inches in diameter.
As best I can tell,there are twenty-five (25) coasters. The bag has never been opened, but, due to age, there is a small opening in the seam along one edge.
The character depicted on the coasters was used at Nebraska approximately between 1968 and 1971 (seehuskerj.com/FoodBev/ Placemats.htmlwhichshows the same character with the pants drawn the same way). It\'s possible the coasters are from earlier in the 1960s or a little later, up to 1975.
A note on Shipping Costs (packaging, handling and shipping, altogether). It\'s expensive. Pardon me if I\'ve overestimated the cost of shipping, but the coasters will be packaged very carefully, and I\'ve learned the hard way that good packaging costs more.
