The base is cast brass Both the top and bottom is white milk glass with pink wild roses and green leaves hand painted onto it. The lamp is in mint condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches and measures 23” to the top of the chimney and 21” to the top of the shade. The shade height is 8 1/4\" and the fitter is 4\". The bottom glass is 6\" tall and is 8 1/2\" in diameter. The cast base is 7\" x 7\". The lamp is in full good working condition and has a 3-way switch with a key style knob.
