This is a nice vintage pull toy that was made by ( the gong bell mfg. co. east hampton , conn.) The paper print is in good condition on both sides . The bell rings when pulled . There is mfg. markings on the hat and a wheel. It is 16 ins. long and 8 ins. tall. There is no pull string. Shipping to continental u.s.a. only.
