It is marked with the name on the side as shown in the pic. The jaws are nice. Used by gunsmiths and related workers they are a handy tool for holding work when filing and fitting pieces.There is normal wear you would expect to see from a tool this old that has been used including a spot in the shape of a circle on the handle where there was once a sticker and very minor rust.
