Vintage Gorham sterling Salt and Pepper Paul Revere thimble adaptation:

These rare salt & pepper shakers are 932 Sterling Silver. The pair weighs 48 grams. The bottom of each shaker reads as follows: \"Adaptation of Thimble made for his daughter by Paul Revere circa 1809 Gorham 932 Sterling\" Each measures 2\" tall and the bottom is 1 1/4\" diameter.

They are in very good condition, however, there are some minor flaws consistent with use and age. The tops can be easily removed and fit well once on. We are saleing this pair as found an estate sale and we will leave it up to the buyer as to cleaning and polishing.
