This very lovely vintage pair of stone bookends were found at an estate sale. They are made of some type of heavy grey stone. They have a lady sitting and playing a drum. They have beautiful carved detail. On the bottom of one bookend is a sticker which is partially torn off but does say, \"Made In India\". The bookends measure approximately 5.56\" high x 5.19\" wide x 3.07\" deep. Please note that these bookends have vintage wear which includes surface scratches and a few places with small fleabite chips. Also one of the bookends has been repaired where one side was glued back in place so there is glue residue on that one (please see last four photos). They are being sold \"as is\". Despite these things, these bookends are very unique and beautiful and still very usable. Please note that these bookends are very heavy and will require extra shipping to ensure that they arrive safely. They would look so nice on your bookshelf or on a desk. Please note that most of my items come from estate sales and could need cleaning and since it is vintage some wear is normal. The condition of the item is my personal opinion and I try to give as accurate information as I can about the item to the best of my knowledge. Remember these are vintage items, that means someone at one point owned it and loved it...so when you get it please remember it is not new, it will have wear!
