Vintage small logo Griswold No 10 (716S) cast iron skillet with in excellent restored condition. The cooking surface is in excellent condition and as smooth as glass to the touch. Two sheets of printer paper stops movement on a glass stove-top. Pan does not spin. This is the largest skillet available in the series.
This item was stripped down to bare metal using collector approved lye bath and electrolysis treatments. This process insures the removal all residue from previous use making it safe to use once more. One round of seasoning at 450 degrees with Crisco for several hours. No chips, cracks or repairs to the pan. This item is photographed in very bright light to highlight fine details. Under these lighting conditions, pan may take on a brown color.
