Vintage H.C. Prange Co. Millinery Flower Covered Scallop Brim Blue Straw Dress Hat, pale blue dressy hat with a pretty scallop shaped brim that is covered with velvet cloth and soft tulle fabric millinery flowers, hat has a short flat crown, this lovely hat measures approx 13\" across from side to side and 14\" front to back with the brim being narrower at the back and wider in the front, hat is adjustable with a wired head piece that is designed to fit most any size head, in excellent vintage condition.
