This is aVintage HONEY COMB Glass Jar with GLASS LID
IT is mid century in age.
The Jar has aRAISED HONEYCOMB Design on all sides
The LID ALSO Has a RAISED Honey comb design.
IT Has 2 AWESOME RAISED BEE Images, one on the jar and one on the lid.
The jar measures 3\" tall
The rim measures 2 5/8\" in diameter
The base has a raised number \"2\" and no other markings
IT has no chips and no cracks
IT has a nice patina, wear to the painted surface which to me appears to be original to the jar.
The lid rests nicely on top of the base and is NOT a screw on lid...it just rests nicely onto the base, with a 3/8\" \"lip\" the the lid allowing it to rests secure and not slide off.
This lid is original to the jar.
It Displays WONDERFULLY !!!
AND it is Still VERY Usable !!!
It is NOT New.
