The fabric is a white organza and a pink and purple floral print that is probably cotton. I\'d guess it dates to the 1940 or 1950s. It does not appear to have been worn, just stored away for years and years. There is a small stain to one of the ties, possibly from an ink pen. It is probably homemade.
