Vintage Halloween very hard plastic devil. I am not sure what this was used for but the original owner had old cars and boats so I am assuming this was some sort of ornament for either a boat or car. This does still light the head is about 2\" big with chrome and ground wire. The devil has a evil face front red and backside white. A really unique piece. Yes I combine shipping.
