You are offerding on avintageplastic candy holder, I do not see any markings on it.It stands about5 inches tall. There are some melt marks on the left arm, left side of the chest, and to the left of the mouth. He has a few minor paint scratches, mainly on the feet. The elastic is damaged, and there are a couple of tiny dents on the right side of the head. The stem on top of his head is intact, so that makes him pretty rare!
