This is a large vintage Ambrosio Italian demijohn clear glass bottle, 54 litre capacity [about 14.26 gallons], in excellent condition. It is clear glass, with a plastic-weave basket to carry it in, also in very good condition. I am the original owner, and bought it brand-new many years ago to make wine. It was used only once, then it was throughly cleaned then sterilized. The bottle is about 25\" tall, and, about 18\" wide . Bottom of bottle says \"Made in Italy 54L\", and the mark \"54.L\" is on the front top carry basket. Comes with original cap. A great bottle for wine or mead-making, and it is designed to make large batches at a time. Available for local pickup in the Phoenix Arizona metro-area for no shipping or handling costs.
