Vintage Hand Carved Wood Buddha Head Direct from a local Jersey Shore estate. Old Weathered Wood Carving. 8\" tall x 5 and 1/2\" wide. Very nicely carved. Heavily weathered wood that appears quite old with surface wear as shown in the photos including an indentation or gouge on the top right side of his head about an inch above the hairline and another on the right side of the fore head just above the eyebrow. No cracks or losses. Two holes on the underside of the neck (see photo) where it may have been mounted on a stand or base at some time. Triangular wire hanger on the back for hanging.
