Unfortunately I do not know who made this but they put in a lot of work on it.
This is approximately 35\" tall and 13\" wide at the base
The hard vinyl/plastic head indicates Billie Peppers 1990 made in China. The torso is a plush stuffed, and from the waste down is a frame, it almost feels like it could be a tomato cage.
The crafting on this in my opinion is exceptional. Sparing no details. The wooden staff stick he is holding is an actual tree branch. The dress on the little doll in the toy bag is hand made.
