The Eastern birds have undersides of the wing and tail feathers that are bright yellow. This handsome bird is displayed in detailed hand painting on a 6\" x 6\" ceramic tile and is signed by the artist, \"Grace Benton Chase.\" The tile has been protected all these years by a brass trivet frame. There are no cracks, chips or dings but does have some light crazing to the over glaze.
