Stamp on the back reads \"Trade Continental Mark\" with logo of a soldier. \"Hand Wrought Silverlook 797.\"
About 7.25\" in diameter, or 8\" from handle to handle. About 1.5 high (nearly 2\" if you count the leaf handles).
There is one small area of slight discoloration, probably normal with this type of finish.
