This is a really neat unusual handblown bottle/decanter. It has a stopper with ground glass and a hand applied handle. It looks like there is hand painted decoration and writing along with a raised stamp that says Liqueur. I tried to translate the writing and it is generally about the quality of the liquor. The piece is in good shape with just a few dings on the bottom of the stopper. It measures about 7\" from the bottom to the top of the stopper.
