I am listing this rare antique brass double Lion\'s Head heavy letter opener that measures approx. 11\" long. The Lion\'s heads measure approx. 1 - 1-1/4\" long and wide as well and have fine detail of eyes, nose and fur. The end of the letter open is gently rounded and does have some bending from use, see photo #6 for close up. I have not polished this piece since purchase and leave that to the discretion of the buyer to do as they wish. There does appear to be some residue from the previous owner\'s attempt to polish in the mouth areas.
