This listing is for a very elegant, large lead crystal ashtray that has been cut in a pattern of elongated shapes around the body of the dish. It measures 5.5 inches in diameter by 1.5 inches tall and is very heavy. A couple of tiny bubbles can be seen in the top portion of the ashtray, where the crystal is smooth and uncut. It contains 3 rests, each measuring 7/8 of an inch wide, for holding cigars or cigarettes. This piece is in excellent vintage condition. It is unmarked, but is of fine quality, with beautiful clarity. It’s many faceted cuts catch the light from every direction, a very pretty piece!
