For your consideration is this fantastic vintage Heddon Zaragossa 6509 P shiner scale fishing lure with its original correct box. This is a combo that you wont be running across everyday.

THE LURE: The lure has amazing eye appeal and is in really good condition for its age. It does show age lines in the paint (see pictures) and some superficial rusting on the hooks. There is also some slight discoloration/scuffing to the paint around both eyes (pictures 2&6). There is only one small chip in the paint at the rear loop for the back treble hook (picture 8) which is really hard to see unless you are closely inspecting the piece. Both glass eyes are intact and the paint still has a nice gloss to it. It measures approximately 5 1/2 inches from end to end.

THE BOX: As seen, the box is in good displayable condition. However, there is flaking and tears in various spots around it (see pictures). There is also an indention in-between the E and first D on Heddon. It is still fully capable of holding the lure and ready to be displayed.

In total, this is a wonderful piece of Heddon bait and tackle history that is sure to be a highlight of any collection. If you have any further question please do not hesitate to ask.

REVISION FOR LURE LENGTH (12/13/17): The length of this lure measures out to 4.5 inches, not 5.5 inches. When I originally measured the lure I used a tape measure that started at 1 rather than, zero. My mistake!
