This elegantservice is being sold for a friend of mine and itsunusual to find a full service like this. They are a rare multicolored custom Herendorder placedin 1960 in England by her motherand shipped 6months laterfrom Hungary in1961. The pattern was first introduced in 1930 to compliment the Indian Basket service with same colors as a mix & match.Each110 pieces are in perfect mint condition. Herend china is one of the best porcelains money can buy and has been sold to dignitary\'s around the world. William and Kate received atea servicefrom Herend upon the birth of Prince George. Each piece is lightly scalloped around edge with slight embossed basket weave.They aredelicately hand painted with a multitude of flowers and 24K gold. Each piece also has tinyflowers painted on either the underside of plates or insides of small cups and theveryraretwo handlesoup/bisque cups. Each piece is also stamped and embedded with \"Herend\" and numbers. The soup cup and crescent salad are rare pieces in this multicolor pattern and even harder to find.
