Vintage, rare Herman Miller desk from the early-70\'s (1970-1971) Peter Protzmann-designed Tubular Office Collection. Features molded African zebra wood top with tubularchrome legs and a beautiful highly-figured grain pattern. The desk is in very good condition with a little wear, consistent with its age. This product line was only produced for a short period of time because of issues with cost/complexity of fabrication while trying to mass produce this design. That said, the design is still elegant and simplistic. We have seen these range from $1800 (poorcondition) to $5000 online.
Features two locking file drawers (withoriginal keys included) and center pencil drawer. Clean, well-maintained from a non-smoking home.Paperwork and keys included. Separate credenza also available for a package price, to be determined, if interested.
