This hobo man is sitting on a dust bin next to a street light in his suit tails and top hat.When turned on he is supposed to move his arms so he can drink then smoke his cigarand his head should also move and Smoke should come out of his mouth.He also moves his crossed leg.Thanks for Looking :-)
