This is a HOLT HOWARD Kitty Kitchen string holder.

The holder is 5\" W x 4 1/4\" H with a projection of 3 1/4\" from the wall.

There are no chips in this piece. The bottom of the piece where the tag is - there are spots where the glaze has run, so it might look like a chip, but it is NOT. There is a tiny spot on the bow where the glaze is missing - I don\'t think it is a chip. There is a hair line crack behind the bow, but it does not go through the piece.
