Home Interiors Deer Picture

This is another Home Interiors picture that I bought back in the 1980\'s. This one is a sepia tone watercolor picture of just the head and antlers of a deer. The artist is K. Maroon and it is dated 1978.
The picture portion only is 19\" x 15\". The picture is under glass, mounted in a frame with no matting. Including the frame it measures24½\" x 20½\".
This picture hung over our fireplace for years and there is some discoloration on the backing from the many fires we burned. It was probably there for 20 years, and then we put something else up and it has been put away for about 15 years.
Also, in order to hang it, I made a hanger from wire and attched it the hanger on the back of the picture. It had to hang in front of the brick wall that I couldn\'t/wouldn\'t put a nail into so I put the nail in the crown molding at the ceiling and strung fishing line to go from the nail to the picture.
This picture is still in excellent condition, looking for a new home.
