This is a Vintage Homer Laughlin Colorado State Plate. Made in 1956 in the USA, the plate is 10\" in diameter and in good vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing. The plate showcases many features of Colorado, the Centennial State - the State Capitol, Pike\'s Peak, the Colorado Flag, and the Shrine of the Sun Will Rogers Memorial. The plate has a burgundy rim with a gold design. All of the paint colors are still bright and vibrant. The only flaws I see are a couple of utensil scratches, including one right above the state capitol, and one area with a different texture than the rest of the rim on the left rim of the plate. It appears to have occurred during production...it looks like the glaze missed a part (these flaws are best seen in the last three photos). Plate is marked \"Homer Laughlin Made in USA A56N8\". Apologies for the flash in the photos!
