Vintage Ceramic Horse Head Table Top lighter. It is in good used condition. It seems to operate properly, but I have not filled it. It is a great looking lighter, that displays well. It measures about 2 3/4 inches across x 7 1/4 inches high. The top is removable, and I see no chips, or cracks. It is a vintage item being sold AS-IS. The bottom is felt covered.
