This vintage West Germany art pottery umbrella stand has a hand painted figure that resembles Hummel\'s original Umbrella Boy figurine in the rain. The umbrella stand is NOT stamped/signed Hummel. I do not know if this is Hummel pottery. It is stamped \"217-42 W. Germany\". The umbrella stand is approximately 17 1/2\" tall with an opening diameter of 4 3/4\". The bottom diameter is approximately 6 5/8\". This is a great piece for holding umbrellas or canes. Please see photos and Condition Description.
