The elastic in the dress\'s sleeves has become stretched. Dress is not tagged. The dress looks like it is for a much larger sized Shirley then the panties. As they would fit 2 different sized dolls. Measurements are:

Dress: 6 3/4\" in length from neckline to bottom hem. 3 1/2 inches across shoulders. 4 1/2 inches measured flat across waist.
Panties: 2 inches wide measured flat across waist by 3 inches long.
