This item is in excellent condition, There are no cracks, scratches, breaks, chips, or deep scratches. It has minimal light scratching on the bottom.

For sale is a USEDVintage Tiara~Indiana Sandwich Glass~Black Amethyst Lg Canister/Jar w/Lid

It was hand crafted by expert glassblowers from Indiana Glass Company, and ismade of very heavy thick pressed glass.

It features a canister/jar in the Sandwich Glass pattern, stippled with scrolls and daisy flowers..It appears black, but when it is held up to sunlight, the light shines through as a gorgeous violet color. It will show purple in artificiallight as well, although not quite as deep purple.

It is approx 9 1/2 inches tall (with lid), by 5 /4 inches in diameter

and 7 inches tall and 4 3/4 inches in diameter (without lid)

and weighs 4 lbs 7.2 oz

Most of my inventory was purchased either from the United States, or importedfrom Europebetween 1984-2004 making many of my items vintage treasures, some of which are discontinued and hard to find!
