Out for offerding is this perfume bottle manufactured in France mid 20th Century. The perfume presentation for Jean-Charles BROSSEAU’s fragrance “OMBRE ROSE” introduced in 1981. The clear and frosted glass perfume bottle of a lacy Art-Deco design and unusual octagonal shape has undeniable eye-appeal and speaks of an earlier age…because it is a rather direct copy of a well-known vintage “LE NARCISE BLEU” perfume presentation by MURY. Round clear glass stopper and traces of the original gilt cord on the neck. A very collectable perfume bottle measuring approx. 4.5 in. ( 11.5 cm. ) in height and 3 1/8 in. ( 8 cm. ) in width. In absolutely perfect original vintage condition. Bearing embossed underneath J C BROSSEAU and MADE IN FRANCE plus number 5554 stamped in white. A nice and attractive bottle to add to any collection of vintage perfume presentations. Manufactured in France and introduced in 1981 by the celebrated designer Jean Charles BROSSEAU.
Jean-Charles BROSSEAU began his career as a fashion designer of women\'s hats in the 1960s or slightly earlier. He created his own label at age 25 and immediately his clients included the most illustrious haute couture creators in France.
