Vintage J.C. Higgins Model 312.31130 Fly Reel with 8-1/2’ Octagon Bamboo Rod. Comes with cloth bag/case. This was my my dad‘s, I have done the best to describe everything, please ask any questions or concerns you may have. As I know nothing about vintage fishing equipment. I have not tried to clean anything in anyway as I will leave that up to the winning better would know the proper way to go about it. The real seems to work perfect.
