Mid 50\'s Tin bank from J. Chein. So interesting to see the names of locations change. Globe shows French West Africa which ceased to exist in 1960. Vietnam is one country but Korea is divided, therefore, mid-50\'s. Stamped J. Chein & Co. made in the USA. The base is white with red stars and twists to unlock, allowing you to get your change without breaking the bank. Couple of small dents - one on the east coast of US and one in USSR. Some very minor paint loss on the equator. Otherwise in beautiful shape for its age.
