Beautiful vintage lithograph (?) by J.M.W. Turner R.A. - W Miller. I am not any kind of expert on art - but another listing which had this same framed print says \"signed\" - to me it does not look like a signature - just so you know.
The print in the frame is approximately 9 3/4\" tall and 7 3/4\" wide.
I would say this is in very good to excellent condition. There is one small area where the gold paint may be rubbed off - see photos - but really just blends in with the gold/brown speckled frame. The paper covering the back is a little loose on one edge. See info that the framer listed on the back side.
