Warranty
Peace of mind is important when buying any expensive item so all ourwatches or jewellery or any accessories come with a minimum of twelve months’warranty. If a watch is still under a manufacturer warranty, but has less thantwelve months remaining then we will top this up to twelve months.
Please note that our warranty is limited to manufacturing and mechanicaldefects only.Normal wear and tear and damage caused by mistreatment /incorrect use is excluded, as well as damage caused by submersion in water. Ifa case is opened by a third party then this will invalidate any warranty claim.As is standard practice, wear and tear to the watch strap is excluded.
In the event of a warranty claim, please email us using our emailservice immediately explaining the nature of the fault. Once we haveacknowledged your email, please send your watch to our London address. Pleasebe aware that you must ensure that the watch is adequately insured and thiscost as well as the postage will be your responsibility.
Payment
• Debit / Credit Cards – We can take pay all major debit and creditcards using Barclays. Once you have agreed to purchase a watch, we will sendyou an email link to complete the payment.We can also take payments atour London Shop (see section titled Collection below).
• Bank Transfer - We will send full details to you upon completion ofyour order.

Delivery
Once we have confirmed that your payment has cleared, your watch will besent to you fully insured using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery next working dayservice. Please be aware that the watch or piece of jewellery or accessoriesmust be signed for andwe will only send items to a confirmed PayPaladdress (see section titled Payment above).
International deliver are pay buy the buyer using courier (DHL, FedEx orUPS) service with full insurance only.
Collection
Some people prefer to do business face-to-face. If this applies to you,you can make an appointment and visit us at our Central Londonshowroom.All viewings are strictly by appointment only. Our viewing timesare between Monday to Saturday 10am – 5pm and we will need to see a copy ofyour valid driving licence and / or passport for identificationpurposes.Please contact us at least 24 hours before the day you wouldlike to visit us to confirm availability.We also have mayor card paymentfacilities on site but if you have paid in advance, check with us to confirmyour funds have cleared prior to coming tocollect your watch. If youcannot attend your appointment please give us as much notice as possible and wewill do our best to arrange another time for you.
For security reasons, all our stock is kept off-site at a securefacility.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 days refund policy for all on-line orders. Please notifyus by email immediately and ensure that the good are returned to within 30 daysof you receiving them. Once we have acknowledged your email, please send yourwatch to our address at London Billing address. Please be aware that you mustensure that the watch is adequately insured and this cost as well as thepostage will be your responsibility.
All items must be returned unworn and in the exact same condition thatyou received them. Watches will be inspected by our watchmaker before anyrefunds are issued. All boxes, paperwork and accessories must be present and inthe same condition you received them. If anything is missing, we reserve theright to make an adjustment to the refund amount to consider the financialimpact of any missing items.
International Transactions

Fraud Screening
We will from time to time carry out security checks prior to shipmentthat include contacting you on a landline home or work telephone number. If wereasonably suspect that the transaction is fraudulent we reserve the right tocancel the transaction and put the item back up for sale. For PayPal payments,we will only deliver to a PayPal confirmed address. For bank transfers, we willconsider delivering to a work address providing we have an email from your workemail confirming all details. We are under no obligation to dispatch to anyother address.
