Because of the exceptional quality of the work, I believe that this censer dates back to the Meiji period (1868-1912), Although it could be a bit later (Taisho Period) 1912-1926)?
Measurements are approximate - 15\" Tall/High by 10\" Wide (from handle to handle)
Note that the creamy glaze color inside and at the bottom/underside does show the delicate light crazing expected of true Satsuma. (See photo).
