This item has a few surface scratches and a small dent in one of the sides.

We do not have a \'buy it now\' price on our sale style items, so we will not end these sales early.

Combined Postage / Shipping

We will always try to combine postage / shipping withinRoyal Mail orParcelforce weight and price guides.

We will send you aninvoice after each purchase, if you dorequire combined postage please do not pay for any of your items until you have finished offerding.

We useParcelforcecouriers, we\'re very happy to combine as manyitems as possibleup to their heavy25kg weight limit forjust £7.00.This might not be the best option for too manyfragile items packed together, but we are willing toat your own risk.

Payment,Delivery &Collection

Collection is available for all sold items (drop in anytime Monday to Friday 9.30am-4pm) from our warehouse:

Department, Isabel Hospice, 61 Bridge Road East, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 1JR.

Cash or card accepted on collection, paypal payment in advance of collection is fine too.

We also have a sorting room / donation point at this address, so please feel free to bring any donations with you. We can also take full advantage of any Gift Aid opportunities hereto make your donations go further.

With a little notice we can arrange delivery to any of our local charity shops in East Hertfordshire free of charge and this would be the only option for Saturday collections, please check our Isabel Hospice website to see which of ourshops suits you best and let us know. Your items must alwaysbe paid for by paypal in advance for this option.

If an item is listed as \'collection only\', this is becausethe item is oversize for Royal Mail, Parcel Forcecouriers or just too fragile for transit. Howeverwe may be able to arrange East Hertfordshire delivery for afeedepending on whether your address is close to our drivers route between shop deliveries.

Whetherour items are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, we alwayshave to adhere to their size, weight and price guides. We always post as soon as possible, but please remember once your items are collected by Royal Mail orParcelforce the delivery process is out of our hands and is up to these companies to provide a good service for you.

We will use recycled packaging when possible, we keep our prices as low as possible and do not try toprofit from delivery costs. Please also remember that nowtakes a 10% commission fee from our p&p costs.

Payment within 7 days & collection within 10 days please.

Paid items that are not collected within4 weeks unless agreed will be relisted.

European and World customers

Pleasebe awareour items which do not have a price quoted for your country, can\'t beshipped as they weigh close to or over Royal Mail\'s2kg weight limit. We do accept shipping is an expensive option but wedo not profit from shipping, we unfortunatelyhave no control over Royal Mail\'s prices.

If you need a tracking number then please choosethe \'International Signed\' option at the checkout which costs an extra £5.00, if that option does not show and you\'d likethat option thenplease message us before making payment. Standard Royal Mail Airmail does not come with a tracking option.

We only ship using Royal Mail, their delivery estimate we have found to be a bit ambitious on their part. So please allow comfortable delivery time before contacting us.
