This vintage Japan Elephant Statue was originally a clock holder presented to The Former WV Governor Arch Moore. It has a small brass plaque on it that says \" Ritchie County Officials \". There is no clock with it, the screw on the end of the truck works perfectly. I got this a year or two ago from his estate sale. The elephant stands about 8 inches tall and is very heavy, it is marked Japan on the bottom base, there is a small scratch on the base in front of the front legs as seen in the photo, I see no other damage.
