This unique vintage blouse is made of 100% silk fabric in a lovely shade of jewel-tone blue. It has a rounded neckline with a button and key-hole opening, ties attached at the back that swing around to the front, and a diagonal fabric tab and button under which the ties lie. Made in the early 1980\'s by Joanie Char, misses size 4, dry cleaning recommended. Great vintage condition!!
