Ok guys here\'s a very rare item. It appears to be made of tool steel or stainless steel. Which I\'m not sure. I\'m alsonot sure if this is a jeweler tool of sorts or some sort of salesman sample. There are no markings on it . It may fit on a round object up to 1/2 in diameter but that\'s pushing it . It measures 6-3/8 \" over all. What ever it is it will make a great addition to any wrench or tool collection!
